Pretty Vibez was founded in 2022 by a plus-sized queen who was constantly disheartened by the local and online selections of plus-size fashion. All too often, plus-size women are underrepresented. Most stores don’t carry our sizes and if they do, a limited quantity is available so things sell out quickly, items are overpriced, or tailored to a style far more mature than what's trendy today. Pretty Vibez' priority focus is to cater to plus and extended-sized beauties, whether it be stylin' or accessorizin'. We have now expanded to offering petite sizes as well. It has always been my calling to uplift women and instill the belief in us that we are all beautiful. Refunds & Returns
In case you are dissatisfied with your product, we do offer refunds.
Return Criteria

All local returns must be received within 7 days of the product received.

All U.S returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date.

All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and any tags must be included in the return package.

Last Chance and final sale items can not be returned. Final sale items include jewelry, hair accessories, hats, sunglasses, and undergarments.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox.
Return Details

Returns are processed within 2-5 business days upon receipt of the package.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees BUT can have fees redeemed for store credit upon confirmation of tracking.

Your store credit will arrive via email to your email associated with your Pretty Vibez account.

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse credit based on returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial and a 20% restocking fee. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as Pretty Vibez is not responsible for lost packages without tracking information.

PLEASE NOTE - If you send ineligible items for return, we will not accept them, therefore you will need to pay return shipping fees if you would like your item back.
